| We pride ourselves on our Friendly & Knowledgeable staff. You will be at the Front Desk almost as soon as you walk in the door, and we will greet you and your pet with smiles (and maybe a treat). Our Lobby is large and comfortable with vaulted ceilings, several benches, a handicap assessable bathroom, a water cooler, & plenty of room to move around. We have leashes available if you forgot one. We do require all pets be either on a tight leash or in a pet carrier, this is for everyone's safety.Please let us know if you have any questions.

| Exam Rooms
The technician will load you in a room and take down your pets history and your concerns. Feel free to ask us questions because we'll be asking you plenty. After we take your pet back to the treatment room to get their weight and other vitals we will give our report to the doctor who will then come in to perform the exam on your pet and get a more detailed history. We have four exam rooms at Country Critters, each is equipped with a bench, exam table, sink & cabinet, as well as a computer for entering in all of our data on your pet. We are a 'paper light' clinic and keep our records, notes, transactions, etc, completely in our computer database.

Full Service Pharmacy
Our Pharmacy is fully stocked and ready to meet your pets needs. Need a Refill? Give us a call and we'll have it ready when you get here. We have a wide range of medications. Including heartworm, flea/tick preventatives, and arthritis medications for your older pets and much, much more.

Treatment Room
We have a very large treatment room which connects to the doctors offices, our surgery suite, dog and cat wards, laundry room, and radiology room. Alot happens in our treatment area, we weigh your pets, place IV catheters, rehabilitation exercises, nail trims, blood draws, process our pre anesthetic blood panels, bandage & place splints, remove sutures, dental cleaning and much more. We have three observation cages in our treatment area for our patients waking up from anesthesia or that need to be observed on a continued basis.

| Our Surgery Suite
We perform a wide range of surgical procedures, from spays and neuters, basic and advanced soft tissue reconstruction, to advanced orthopedics. Hands-on and electronic monitoring help ensure a safe anesthetic experience, and our surgical staff provides premium care for your pet before, during, and after surgery.

Our Radiology Suite
The Radiology Suite is fully equipped to provide you with professional grade Radiographs (X-Rays) of your pet. We take, process, and develope all of our X-rays in the radiology suite.
